Returns & exchanges
If it is not right, bring it back. As long as it is unworn and in the condition you got it, we will exchange it or refund it.
The short version
- • 7 days from the day you collect it.
- • Unworn, unwashed, with the hangtag still attached.
- • Exchange for another size, or a full refund — your choice.
- • Faulty printing or stitching? We fix it whatever the state, whatever the date.
- • Nothing to post. Hand it back at Brightwoods School.
What “unworn and in good condition” means
Trying it on is not wearing it — that is the whole point of trying it on. What we cannot take back is a piece that has been out in the world: washed, worn for a day, marked, stretched, scented, or with the hangtag removed. If it can go straight to the next person exactly as it reached you, it qualifies.
We are a student enterprise printing in small runs. A returned piece has to be sellable, because there is no warehouse absorbing the difference — it either goes to another buyer or the run loses money.
If we got it wrong
Cracked or peeling print, a seam coming apart, the wrong size in the bag, a stain from our end — that is on us, and the 7-day window does not apply. Tell us and we will replace it or refund you in full. You will not be asked to prove anything beyond a photo.
Changed your mind
That is fine too, within the 7 days and on the same condition terms. You do not owe us a reason. Refunds go back the way you paid: by GCash to the number that sent it, or in cash if you paid in cash.
How to start one
- 1. Message us with your PP-XXXXXX order reference and what is wrong. Reach us on Instagram or TikTok, or the number you gave us — they all reach the same people.
- 2. We agree a time at Brightwoods School — usually the same week.
- 3. Bring the piece with its hangtag. We check it with you there rather than after you leave.
- 4. Exchange handed over on the spot if your size is in stock; refunds within 7 days.
Before you order
Check the size guide on the product page. It is on every listing, in centimetres and inches, and it is the single best way to avoid needing this page at all. Between two sizes, size up — these are cut for a relaxed fit.
